In an ever increasing effort to improve communication within the Community, Mathias Colomb Cree Nation has created this website. The purpose of the website is to keep you informed on ALL matters and happenings at the government and community levels. Articles will be posted on a regular basis. Possible topics will range from community events, to details of meetings with Chief and Council.

We MUST start a community process of communicating with each other to achieve Positive Changes in Pukatawagan and in our Traditional Land Areas.

To insure responsible use of Our Resources in and around Pukatawagan our future businesses will have ownership that is 100 Percent owned by the people.
Such businesses have successfully been operating in northern communities where dividends were paid out to community members. We will hire/train all MCCN BAND MEMBERS!
We have a lot of work to do, however, the first step is speak to each other in a peaceful way to discuss our Ideas. We will Plan and Decide together as a Community. Our Goal will be Positive Change now and into the Future. Our Vision and Direction will come from ourselves!
